Chain of Legends AMA brings full clarity to one of the most critical and defining moments in the project’s history.

Following a system-level security issue that affected the token layer, the team moved quickly and took decisive action to stabilize the ecosystem and move toward a stronger foundation.

This AMA was built directly from community questions — covering what happened, how it was handled, and what comes next for both the game and the upcoming token launch.

This breakdown provides clear answers, structured decisions, and the path forward.

A Message to Our Incredible Community:

Before going forward, we want to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who stood with Chain of Legends during this difficult period.

To every player, holder, creator, supporter, and community member who continued asking questions, sharing feedback, and supporting the project — your loyalty, patience, and trust truly mean a lot to us.

The recent situation created uncertainty for many people, and we understand that completely. That’s exactly why this AMA was made: to answer questions clearly, explain the direction forward, and keep the community informed instead of leaving things unclear.

The support, patience, and trust from the community have meant a lot to the team throughout this process.

Chain of Legends has always been built around its players, and that remains true moving forward.

What Actually Happened?

What happened was not a contract issue.

The situation came from a system-level security problem. A malware affected one of our internal systems, which gave access to a wallet connected to liquidity. Because of that, the liquidity pool — including both CLEG and BNB — was drained in a short time.

The smart contract itself was not exploited or broken.

Once the liquidity was removed, the market reacted the way it always does in those conditions, which led to the price drop

What This Means for Players?

We want to keep this part clear and honest.

The issue was isolated to the token layer — not the game itself.

All in-game assets, progress, and systems are safe. Nothing inside the game was affected by what happened.

Our focus now is to carry every player and holder forward into a stronger structure, without losing their position inside the ecosystem.

Why We’re Moving to a New Token?

After this situation, continuing with the same token structure is no longer a stable path.

The liquidity is no longer under controlled conditions, and trying to rebuild inside that same framework would not give the level of stability we need.

Instead of trying to repair something that is already weakened, we’re moving forward with an upgrade — something that was already part of our long-term direction.

The game itself stays the same.
What changes is the system behind it.

The new token brings:

  • stronger security structure
  • improved tokenomics
  • more stable liquidity design

All built for long-term growth

How the Migration Will Work?

The transition is designed to be simple and fair.

A snapshot was taken shortly before the incident. That snapshot defines who is included in the migration.

Everyone in that state of the ecosystem will receive their tokens in the new system on a 1:1 basis.

This includes:

  • wallet holders
  • in-game balances
  • users on platforms like XT

In-game balances will be converted automatically.

External holders will be able to claim their tokens after launch through a structured process.

To keep things fair, tokens bought after the incident are not included, since that period didn’t reflect normal conditions.

Timeline — What Happens Next?

Right now, the target is around one month for the new token launch.

After launch:

  • the transition starts immediately
  • in-game balances convert automatically
  • external claims open shortly after
  • deposits and withdrawals reopen once everything is fully operational

There have been external challenges like internet restrictions, but development has continued steadily.

The priority is simple:
Build this correctly and securely

What We Changed on Security?

This situation led to major improvements in how the system is handled.

We’ve reduced exposure and strengthened control across critical parts of the system.

That includes:

  • multi-sign wallet structures
  • cold wallet storage
  • tighter access control
  • reduced single points of failure

It’s a long-term upgrade in how security is managed.

What Comes Next for Chain of Legends?

This transition gives us a cleaner and stronger direction moving forward.

The focus now is on building a more stable and scalable ecosystem, while growing the player base.

We’re working on:

  • stronger tokenomics
  • better onboarding
  • improved retention systems
  • expanded marketing strategies

At the same time, development continues on:

  • mobile version
  • competitive systems
  • staking features
  • NFT marketplace

This moves the project into a more mature phase.

The memecoin project is under work.

Memecoin was already developed before this situation and is currently in a pre-launch phase focused on building its community.

It’s a separate project and does not interfere with the new token or the main system.

Its role is to act as a growth and marketing channel, especially through the Solana ecosystem.

For now, the main focus stays on the new token and stabilizing the core system, while the memecoin develops in parallel.

Why do blockchain gaming projects do AMA?

AMAs are one of the main ways Web3 projects stay transparent. They allow teams to communicate decisions, explain technical or economic changes, and respond to community concerns in a direct and structured way.

What caused the security issue?

The issue was caused by a system-level security breach.
A malware affected the internal systems, This led to the liquidity pool being drained.

Are player assets and progress safe?

Yes. All in-game assets, progress, and systems remain safe.

Why is Chain of Legends launching a new token?

The previous token structure is no longer stable after the liquidity disruption. The project is moving forward with a stronger economic structure, improved security, and better tokenomics.

How will the new token migration work?

A snapshot was taken before the incident, and all eligible holders will receive tokens in the new system on a 1:1 basis. In-game balances will be converted automatically, and external holders will be able to claim after launch.

At the end:

This AMA was about being transparent with the community, answering the hard questions directly, and showing the path forward for Chain of Legends.

To everyone who stayed with us, supported the project, and believed in what Chain of Legends can become — thank you.

There is still a lot ahead:
